To fulfill the social responsibility of the business to protect the global environment, and to provide children with a
delightful and creative culture, Union Land Co. Ltd. shall strictly adhere to our own Environmental Management
System in performing plastic molding and other processes involved in the manufacture of our products.

1. Improvement of environmental conditions and pollution control shall be regarded and executed with the highest
priority through compliance to Environmental Management System of ISO 14001 (1996)/KSA 14001.

2. To ensure of our company’s legal stability, we shall comply with all relevant environmental legislations and
regulations, as well as other industry codes the company has subscribed to.

3. We shall engage in necessary preventative activities for pollution management in areas of business planning,
purchasing, manufacturing process, servicing, and others.

4. We shall develop and improve our Environmental Management System by application of appropriate objectives and targets, and by checking the progress periodically.

5. Efficient use of energy and natural resources will be carried out by pursuing reduction of waste in all areas of company activities, and recycling of generated waste materials where possible.

6. We shall implement periodically, appropriate education and training for our employees and management to
understand and follow our Environmental Management System.

7. We shall set up appropriate communication systems with all interested parties, and by gathering and providing the necessary information, we shall ensure of the transparency of our company’s Environmental Management System.
All of us at Union Land shall understand and keep to the above mentioned and actively engage in environmental
management activities in order to serve our customers with environmentally friendly products.
