PVC (Plastic Vinyl Coating) is applied to
stainless steel components such as decks
and chains. It is not only highly anti-corrosive
and weather resistant, PVC applied decks
and chain edges eliminate slippage, finger
entrapment and drainage problems. |

Different colored polyethylene plastic
panels areplaced together and
permanently overlapped to produce
a colorful palette to imprint and carve
letters, numbers and even pictures. |

To prevent unwanted damage and injuries,
we use TORX (correction) bolts on all our
play systems. These bolts are treated with
special adhesive to prevent bolts from
becoming loose, and they are secured even
further by bolt specific locknuts. |

made from LLDPE (Linear Low Density
Poly Ethylene) are superior to those of

powder is applied to the heated mold,
and through steady revolutions, coated
evenly to produce even large components
such as roofs and long slides. |

Polyester powder is sprayed onto stainless
steel components using the electrostatic
spray painting method.
Then the sprayed components are coated
through a treatment process of gilding,
fluidizing and hardening. UV Polyester
Powder Coating is applied to UnionLand
Play System posts, clamps (Patent Pending)
and pipes to make them extremely resistant
to weather and other elements. |
